Ingredients

75 g Dinkelmehl
1 TL Backpulver
1 . Ei (Größe M)
125 g Magerquark
100 ml Milch (1,5%)

Preparation

  1. Alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel zu einem glatten Teig verrühren und in die Dosierflasche FLEXI-FILL umfüllen.
  2.  Den Strunk der Erdbeeren mit dem Strunkentferner ZUPFI entfernen & mit dem Scheibenschneider RAPDIO in Scheiben schneiden. 
  3. Eine Pfanne leicht einfetten und erhitzen. 
  4. Erdbeerscheiben in die Pfanne legen & den Teig portionsweise darum verteilen. 
  5. Die Pancakes von beiden Seiten goldbraun ausbacken. 
  6. Mit frischen Erdbeeren und etwas Ahornsirup servieren.
