Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria and Luxembourg.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order.
Orders with a value of €39.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
International Deliveries:
We charge the following flat shipping fees for international deliveries:
Austria: €6.95
Luxembourg: €6.95
International orders with a value of €39.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days and to other countries within 3–5 working days after conclusion of the contract. If advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after you have issued your payment instruction.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Payments are made directly to Klarna:
Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods or ticket, or, in the case of other services, from the date on which the service is made available. Instalment Payment: Klarna’s financing service allows you to pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount, but no less than EUR 6.95, or under the other terms specified during the checkout process. Each instalment payment is due at the end of the month following the issue of a monthly invoice by Klarna. The use of the invoice and instalment payment methods is subject to a positive credit assessment. As part of the initiation and processing of the purchase agreement, we therefore forward your data to Klarna for the purposes of verifying your address and creditworthiness.
