How to return an item to GEFU:

You can return items purchased on gefu.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Free Returns

Returns are completely free of charge. We cover the cost of return shipping.

To start the return process, please visit our returns portal. Here you can quickly and easily register your return and create your return shipping label.

Important Information

• Please note that returns are only possible for orders placed directly on gefu.com.
• Engraved items are excluded from returns.
• Please ensure that the items are unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method originally used for the order.

Important Information for SET Items:

For set items, two separate positions may be displayed for one set in the returns portal (the set item + a component of the set). In this case, please select both positions with the corresponding quantity.
