Iced coffee Oriental

Ingredients

200 ml Espresso
30 g Cinnamon powder
20 g Ground cloves
20 g Ground cardamom
150 g Vanilla ice cream
60 g Cocoa powder
100 g Walnuts
50 g Cane sugar

Preparation

Grind coffee beans using the LORENZO coffee grinder at level 3, brew espresso using the EMILIO stovetop espresso maker. Pour the ground cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves over the freshly brewed espresso and let it cool in the refrigerator or freezer.

Meanwhile, roughly chop the walnuts and heat them together with brown sugar in a saucepan until caramelized. Froth the milk using the Claudio frothing pitcher with the MACELLO milk frother.

Fill large cocktail glasses about 75% full with the chilled spiced coffee and top up with frothed milk to 100%. Roll a scoop of vanilla ice cream in cocoa powder and place it on top of the milk foam. Finally, sprinkle the caramelized walnut pieces over the milk foam and serve immediately.
