Ingredients

2 Weißwürste
1 Laugenbrezeln
1 EL süßer Senf
1 Federation Radieschen

Preparation

  1. Brezeln bei 200°C ca. 8Minuten aufbacken. 
  2. Wasser erhitzen (nicht kochen!), Weißwürste 10Minuten ziehen lassen. 
  3. Mit süßem Senf, Brezn und Radieschen servieren. Tipp: Weißwürste nie kochen, sonst platzen sie. 
    Tradition: Vor 12 Uhr essen, dazu ein kühles Weißbier.
