Ingredients

1 Schweinshaxe
Salz
Pfeffer
Paprikapulver
1 Zwiebel
1 Lauchstange
1 Karotte
250 ml Fleischbrühe
dunkles Bier

Preparation

  1. Schwarte rautenförmig einschneiden und würzen. 
  2. Gemüse grob würfeln, in Bräter geben, Brühe und Wasser angießen. 
  3. Haxen bei 160°C Umluft 90Minuten garen, dann auf 220°C erhöhen. 
  4. Alle 15Minuten mit Bratensaft und Bier bepinseln. 
  5. Für knusprige Kruste: Am Ende 10Minuten Grillfunktion.Beilagen: Kartoffelknödel, Blaukraut, Brezenknödel. 
    Tipp: Sauce aus Bratensatz mit etwas Bier und Stärke abbinden.
