Ingredients

500 g gekochte Rote Bete
150 g Feta
50 g Walnüsse
etwas Minze
3 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Zitronensaft
1 EL heller Balsamico
1.5 TL Honig
Salz/Pfeffer

Preparation

Rote Bete in Scheiben schneiden, Feta mit dem Universalzerteiler WHACKER zerbröseln, Walnüsse und Minze zerkleinern, alles in die Schüssel MUOVO geben und anschließend aus den restlichen Zutaten ein Dressing anrühren und darüber geben.
