Pink Latte

Ingredients

100 ml Vegetable drink (Milk also goes of course
2 EL Beet juice
1 Espresso
150 ml Barista plant drink (like to use milk)

Preparation

  1. Heat 100 ml of vegetable drink with the Beet juice, stirring. 
  2. Prepare a strong Espresso in the Espresso maker 
  3. In the RICCARDO milk frother, heat the 150 ml Barista plant drink and then create a nice froth by hand... let stand briefly
  4. Pour the Beet milk into the thermo glass - fill the glass well with milk foam (but please leave a little space) and finally add the espresso 
  5. Add decoration on the foam and serve with a glass straw
