The new way to barbecue: barbecuing on cedar grilling planks, a process also referred to as “plank grilling”, gives fish, meat and other vegetables a distinctive smoky flavour and also keeps the food wonderfully tender. For a gentle, flavour-enhancing barbecuing experience, simply leave the boards to soak in cold water for 2 to 3 hours, then place the food on them and start barbecuing right away.
