In which countries does GEFU supply?

Currently we deliver to the following countries:

  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Luxembourg

 

Please also note our delivery exclusion areas:
Germany: 78266 Büsingen

 

How much are the shipping costs?

Germany:

  • From 39.00 € we ship the goods free of charge. Up to this amount you pay 4.95 € per order

 

Surcharge islands and regions (only when selecting the shipping method DPD Predict):

For the following locations/regions we charge a shipping surcharge of 12,00 €. If your shopping cart is below the free shipping limit, you will pay 16,95 € for shipping (4,95 € + shipping surcharge 12,00 €).

We recommend that you choose the DHL shipping method for these locations/regions, as no shipping surcharge will be charged here.

Where is my package?

 

Please refer to the product detail page during the ordering process for the delivery time. From experience, the goods arrive 1 to 5 working days after handover to our delivery service provider (DPD, DHL).

 

With the shipment tracking you can keep track of your packages. You will find the tracking link to your order after logging in to your customer account ("My account") in the "Orders" section. Click on the "View" button for the relevant order and the "Parcel Tracking" will be displayed. Clicking on the link will take you to the tracking page of our delivery service provider (DPH, DHL).

 

In addition, you will be informed by the delivery service provider via e-mail about the shipment number/parcel number and the current delivery status.

Gift service
